Each participant uses these skills to analyze and strategize progress concerning one challenge they are currently facing. Participants also develop and explore a snapshot of current Eastside trends and issues.

As is the hallmark for Leadership Eastside programming, a significant portion of the learning results from bringing together a diverse and talented group of people. Through structured and informal interactions participants exchange examples of their successes and perspectives on challenges. The result is a rich set of shared insights applicable to a variety of leadership contexts.
