Mona Campbell and Sarah Weaver Elected to Board of Directors

Mona Campbell, VP/CFOO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue and Sarah Weaver, Senior Director of Organizational Development, Talent Management and DEI for Dexcom, have joined the Leadership Eastside Board of Directors.

Mona Campbell (she/her) a 2024 graduate of Leadership Eastside’s Adaptive Leadership program, brings extensive experience in financial management, accounting, strategic planning, and human resources from several industries. Mona oversees all financial aspects of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue, facilities, grants and operations, including 18 clubs in and around Bellevue. Mona is involved with various Board committees as well as other community organizations. 

Sarah Weaver (she/her) is responsible for operational development, talent management, DEI and scaling processing and practices at Dexcom. She earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, University of Pittsburgh, and an MBA in Leadership and Organizational Change, Pepperdine University. Prior to Dexcom, Sarah worked for Microsoft where she held a variety of roles across HR. Sarah continues to live her passion for driving systemic change.
