Leadership Eastside Elects Anne-Marie Diouf of Symetra Board Chair and Adds Three Board Members
Anne-Marie Diouf, SVP and Chief People Officer at Symetra has been elected Chair of Leadership Eastside’s Board of Directors. New officers also include, Mona Campbell, VP and CFOO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue – Treasurer; Dr. Eric Murray, president of Cascadia College – Secretary; Yvonne Adagala, Community Leader and Coach – Incoming Chair; and Keri Pravitz, Community Engagement Manager for Amazon – Past Chair.
David Campbell, Director of Skilling & Insights for Microsoft, Chad Minnick, customer marketing and community engagement leader, and Samantha St. John, East King County Community & Government Relations Manager for the Port of Seattle have been elected to the 2025 Leadership Eastside Board of Directors.
David Campbell (He/Him) is a Human Resources leader in tech, manufacturing and retail. He currently leads Microsoft’s Skilling and Insights organization within the Talent, Diversity, Inclusion and Learning center of excellence. He loves empowering teams and individuals to reach their full potential. David holds a BA from Thiel College and an MBA from Cornell University.
Chad Minnick (He/Him), a 2015 graduate of Leadership Eastside’s Adaptive Leadership program, has a proven track record of leading cross-functional global initiatives that enhance customer experience and drive business value for organizations like SAP Concur, Infoblox and Amperity. Chad is leading Leadership Eastside’s 20th Anniversary committee and branding initiative, and currently serves on Wittenberg University’s Alumni Association Board as President-Elect and Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity Advisor and Housing Corporation Chair at the University of Washington. He's also held volunteer roles with Out & Equal Seattle Affiliate, The GSBA Scholarship Fund, and the HRC Seattle Steering Committee.
Samantha St. John (She/Her), a current member of Leadership Eastside’s Class of 2025, is the East King County Community & Government Relations Manager for the Port of Seattle. She focuses on fostering strong partnerships with local governments and communities and is a passionate advocate for education and the arts. Samantha also serves on the boards of Cascadia College Foundation and Kirkland Performance Center.
